Summary[edit]

Description
English: Diaph2 stable knockdown of Diaph2 disrupts VF length and trajectories. The U937 cell line was transduced with lentiviral vectors encoding shRNA against Diaph2 and 3 days post transduction cell were selected with puromycin. After 2 weeks, puromycin resistant cells were infected with HIV iGFP and imaged 2 days post infection. Scale bar is 6 µm and time is presented at the bottom left hand corner as per VideoS1. Video is representative of 50 movies derived from 4 independent infections with HIV iGFP.
