  • Significance: Probably one of the earlier houses constructed in Sandersville, Georgia and is an example of the surviving Greek Revival Architectural Style used in the era. Jefferson Davis, President of the Confederacy, was once a guest in the house and it served as Headquarters for Confederate Joseph Wheeler in 1864.
