Gwnaed y gadair hon gyda llaw, yn gadair amlddefnydd. Y saer oedd S. Dyer Gough ei hun a oedd yn byw yma gyda'i wraig Jean a'u teulu. Pensaer oedd Gough ond roedd hefyd yn grefftwr ac yn hanesydd. Cawsant ddylanwad mawr ar y tŷ yn ystod yr hanner canrif yr oeddent yn byw yno. dyma'r teulu olaf i fyw yn Nantclwyd y Dref.
English: Nantclwyd y Dref (old name: Tŷ Nantclwyd) stands on Castle Street, Ruthin, denbighshire, North Wales. Grade 1 Listed Building. An unique handmade multifunctional recliner chair made by Mr. S. Dyer Gough who lived at Nantclwyd y Dre with his wife Jean and family. He was an architect, craftsman and historian and they made a big impact on Nantclwyd y Dre during the 50 years of their ownership. They were the last family that lived in the house.
