Move and edit from Image:RN-White-Ensign.svg. Rewritten using Image:Flag of the United Kingdom.svg by User:Pumbaa80. The canton is not a lift from the Image:Flag of the United Kingdom.svg; instead it is a unique 13:28 Union Flag. The diagonals are not hard-coded; they are instead generated on-the-fly.

It is easy to put a border around this flag:
