Description
Español: Jarro medidor de leche, tarro de ordeño. Alfarería de Antonio Naharro, localidad: Navarrete, en La Rioja (España). Este tipo de cerámica de vidriado blanco (estannífero), dejando limpio el rodete inferior de la pieza, tuvo su apogéo y quizá su origen en el País Vasco, especialmente en la localidad de Narvaja (Álava) cuyos talleres desaparecieron a mediados del siglo XX. Este tipo de piezas y de vidriado blanco purísimo se han visto también en el alfar de José Ortíz de Zárate (Villarreal de Alava), y en centros más alejados, como Santillana del Mar (Santander).
