Object history 1862: purchased by Museum of Fine Arts, Warsaw from Johann Peter Weyer
Notes Suggestion of the name of the represented person comes from the auction catalogue of J.P.Weyer's collection (1862): "Portrait de la dame de Haerlefels au chateau de Buzelaer". However, if the castle is the same as Beezelaer in West Flanders it was owned by the family van Woestijne. The identification of the sitter is thus not confirmed.
