| Description |
English: Newsreels in which Dutch subjects of a certain week are presented.
The colonial government of Suriname has created fishing ponds in the polders of the former cotton plantations in the Matapica area for the breeding of Tilapia fish. After the ponds have been emptied, the fish and crabs are easy to catch.
Nederlands: Bioscoopjournaals waarin Nederlandse onderwerpen van een bepaalde week worden gepresenteerd.
Het Surinaamse gouvernement heeft in het Matapikagebied in de polders van voormalige katoenplantages visvijvers aangelegd voor het kweken van Tilapia-vissen. Nadat de vijvers zijn leeggelopen, kunnen de vissen en krabben gemakkelijk worden gevangen. |
