Summary[edit]

Description
English: Old tree, Glen Alladale. A scots pine at the end of its life. A remnant of the forest that once covered a lot of the glen, but nibbling deer and sheep (now absent) have stopped the forest renewing itself. There is hope, the green enclosure across the river contains young trees.
