Description This is a 1934 photograph of the front of the Felix Vallee House in Ste. Geneviève, Missouri. It was built by Samuel Phillipson, an early settler, and in 1823 it was sold to Felix Vallé. To the right of the house is the Dr. Benjamin Shaw House.. To the right of that is the Dufour House The spire in the background is The Church of Ste. Geneviève. The house is now maintained as a museum.

The house has been restored to remove the dormers and return the front to its original look.
