Summary[edit]

Description
English: The flyover under construction from Parama island (Eastern metropolitan bypass & John Burdon Sanderson Haldane avenue (J B S Haldane avenue) near Science City to Park Circus seven point crossing. The elevated corridor will act as a new city link between the central business district of Kolkata and the northern part of Kolkata Metropolitan Area (KMA). It will accommodate very high growth of traffic, estimated at one lakh vehicles per day. It is a joint venture of the Govt. of India, Govt. of West Bengal and Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority (KMDA). It is implementing by KMDA.
