Русский: 27 марта 1997 года на Народной площади состоялся митинг жителей города Переславля в рамках Всероссийской акции протеста профсоюзов «За труд, зарплату и социальные гарантии». Выступающие на митинге ораторы требовали от президента и правительства всенародно признать свою недееспособность, уйти с политической арены и таким образом частично искупить вину перед народом. Были выдвинуты претензии в адрес местного самоуправления, которое не ремонтирует больницу и подъезды, не приводит в порядок дороги, не борется с хулиганством, оставляет без поддержки учителей. На митинге была принята резолюция с резкими требованиями трудящихся. — Евгений Алексеевич Мельник (мэр города Переславля-Залесского) прямо и смело критиковал правительство и президента России, отвечал на претензии переславцев. Он сказал: «Все крупнейшие предприятия должны городу деньги. Поэтому происходят задержки выплат заработной платы, создалась катастрофическая ситуация с медициной, а дети в школах и детских садах не получают нормального питания. Только некоторые из предприятий города получили заработную плату за декабрь... Я вижу, что 1997 год будет намного тяжелее 1996 года, так что на улучшение надеяться не стоит. На сегодняшний день я могу всем бюджетникам дать аванс за декабрь месяц. Больше я вам обещать ничего не собираюсь. И то, что от меня требует забастовочный комитет и примирительная комиссия, невозможно». |
