Description
English: View of President Street Station, Baltimore, Maryland. Built by the Philadelphia, Wilmington and Baltimore Railroad (PW&B) in 1850. With the opening of Baltimore Union Station (now called Penn Station) in 1873, the President Street Station became principally a freight station. Behind the head house (on the left) is the train shed that was added in 1913 and replaced the original 1850 shed.
