Description
English: Time-lapse confocal imaging of cells treated with StdMO or ptenb tMO1 transplanted into an untreated or ptenb tMO1-treated embryo. Shown here is a 10-min movie at 10-s intervals with 4 combined time-lapse confocal image sequences as designated. The transplanted cells were migrating toward the vegetal pole. (A) STD>UT: StdMO treated cells in an untreated host. (B) STD>MO: StdMO treated cells in a tMO1 morphant. (C) MO>UT: tMO1 treated cells in an untreated host. (D) MO>MO: tMO1 treated cells in a tMO1 morphant.
