English: River Calder near the Stubbing Wharf pub, Mytholm Following torrential rain during the evening of the 2nd July 2006, the River Calder rose 5 feet in 20 minutes, seven feet by the end of the evening. There was flooding throughout the Upper Calder Valley, although the river itself remained within its banks. |
