Im Namen Seiner Majestät des Königs

Seine Königliche Hoheit Prinz Luitpold Des Königreichs Bayern Verweser

haben Sich durch Allerhöchste Entschließung vom 28. vorigen Monats allergnädigst bewogen gefunden dem Schuhmachermeister Eduard Meier in München auf solange Allerhöchstdieselben nicht anders zu verfügen geruhen, den Titel eines

Königlichen Hoflieferanten

für seine Person zu verleihen.

Hierüber geht demselben zu seiner Legitimation gegenwärtige Eröffnung mit dem Bedeuten zu, daß mit dem verliehenen Titel die Befugnis zur Führung des Königlich bayerischen Wappens in der Firma verbunden ist. Dasselbe auch als Siegel, Siegelmarke oder sonst wie zu gebrauchen, ist unstatthaft. Schließlich wird bemerkt, daß der Königliche Hoftitel einen Anspruch auf Lieferungen zu Hof nicht begründet.
