Summary[edit]

Description
English: Time lapse video imaging showing that ROCK-inhibitor Y27632 blocks blebbing and membrane protrusions in U343-MG cells with knockdown of SOX2. This video file shows U343-MG glioma cells after knockdown of SOX2 and ongoing membrane protrusions and retractions. After adding the ROCK inhibitor Y27632 the formation of the membrane protrusions (blebs) is blocked. The file can be viewed using Windows Media Player or other standard media players.
