This is an image created by Katy Blackwood (katy@katyblackwood.co.uk). It is available for free use with the following conditions:

This photographer (User:Katy Blackwood) has requested that her images be left in the PNG format on the Commons and Wikimedia projects. Please do not convert it to JPEG here.

This is due to a known ongoing issue with sharpening on high-resolution photographs, that has a detrimental impact on the quality of the resized versions of some professional images. Her user page has more on this problem.
