One version of a "planetary"-based symbol of sex (the sexes), with the recent (early 20th century) commonly-used colors pink and blue as colors of the sexes, offered as an alternative to en:Image:Unity XX-XY.JPG . For alternative versions using the old "alchemical" colors (Venus=copper=patina=green and Mars=iron=rust=red), see Image:Sexes-planetary-sym.svg and Image:Sexes-planetary-sym-dimcolors.svg or (with slightly different symbolism) Image:HeteroSym.svg , Image:HeteroSym-pinkblue.svg , and Image:HeteroSym-pinkblue2.svg .
