Rance Beck, from Headquarter Service Battery 1-17th Fields Artillery Regiment 75th Fires Brigade Fort Still, Oklahoma deployed to, demonstrates to the 207th Afghan National Army Corps how to correctly put a patient on a litter during litter training refresher course at Camp Zafar, April 27, 2011. The 207th had 8 medics attend the refresher course which consisted of 2 man litter carry, 4 man litter carry, uphill/downhill litter carry, load/unloading of patients in an ambulance, and transfer of patient to/from spine board with stretcher.
