Description
English: Six-prism solar spectroscope, World Museum Liverpool, England. Made around 1890 by John Browning of London. Originally used by the University of Liverpool physics department. The light passes through all six prisms and is reflected back again, making this device equivalent to a twelve-prism spectroscope.
