  2. Photographic works or applied art: 25 years from the making of the work.
  3. Laws and decisions of courts and administrative bodies: No copyright.
  4. Sound recordings: 50 years from the publication of the sound recording.
  5. Cinematographic, radiophonic or audiovisual work: Unpublished: 50 years from the making of the work. Published: 50 years from publication date, if publication occurs within 50 years of creation.
  6. Anonymous works: 50 years from publication date.
  7. Any other type of work 50 years after death of author, or in the case of works of joint authorship, 50 years after the death of the last surviving author.
