Summary[edit]

Description
English: St. Anne's Cathedral Belfast. Liverpool isn't the only city in these islands to have two Cathedrals: Belfast, like many other cities and towns in Ireland also has two. The foundation stone was laid in 1899, and building commenced around the old Parish church of St. Anne's. Piling is to a depth of 50' under the walls and pillars. The Hiberno-Romanesque building was effectively completed in 2000.
