Summary[edit]

Description St James's House, High Street, Kemptown, City of Brighton and Hove, England. Brighton's "High Street" is an improbably named back street between St James's Street and Edward Street, and it is dominated by this 16-storey tower block on the east side. It was designed by Wates (job architect K.W. Bland) and the Brighton Borough Architects department (job architect D.J. Howe); the consulting engineers were Arup & Partners.
