English: The Stubnerkogel (2246 m) is a mountain on the westside of Bad Gastein and the Gastein valley. To reach it`s top it is possible to walk up or to use the cable car (Stubnerkogelbahn) in the summer. In winter the Stubnerkogel is one of the well known skiing areas of the Gastein valley.
Deutsch: Der Stubnerkogel (2246 m) ist ein Berggipfel westlich oberhalb des Kurortes Bad Gastein, der entweder zu Fuß oder mit der Stubnerkogelbahn von dort aus erreichbar ist. Er wird im Sommer und im Winter als Aussichtsberg und im Winter vor allem als Skigebiet genutzt. Im Gipfelbereich des Stubnerkogels befinden sich mit der Hängebrücke und der Aussichtskanzel zwei Attraktionen, die auch für Nichtskifahrer und für Sommergäste Anlass zu einem Besuch sind. Zudem bietet der Gipfelbereich, wo sich auch die Terrasse des Bergrestaurants befindet, einen grandiosen Rundblick über das Gasteinertal und die umgebende Bergwelt. |
