Summary[edit]

Description
English: This is the image of TPHA test on microplate wells. Left upper corner is the positive control (one with erythrocyte aggregate and one with agglutination), below is the negative control (two erythrocyte aggregates). All of the tested samples were negative, with caracteristic erythrocyte aggregates. The wells with no erythrocyte aggregates were used for diluting the serum.
