Budynek Dawnej Ubezpieczalni Społecznej/ Gmach wzniesiony w 1929 roku w stylu modernistycznym według projektu Kazimierza Ulatowskiego dla Ubezpieczalni Społecznej. Przed wojną mieściły się tu między innymi biura Kasy Chorych oraz wyposażone w nowoczesny sprzęt i funkcjonujące do dzisiaj poradnie/ specjalistyczne. Nad wejściem do budynku widnieje relief w charakterze Art deco/ autorstwa toruńskiego artysty Ignacego Zelka. Wewnątrz ozdobne witraże wykonane w/ 1930 roku w poznańskiej pracowni "Polichromia"
