Česky: Vlajka města Terezín, okres Litoměřice. List tvoří černý žerďový klín se žlutými spojenými iniciálami "MT" lemovaný červenou krokví vycházející z první a osmé osminy žerďového okraje s vrcholem ve středu listu. V horní polovině listu čtyři kosmé pruhy, střídavě černé a žluté. V dolní polovině listu čtyři šikmé pruhy, střídavě žluté a černé.
