Description
English: Cells of the non-capsulated S. Typhi ΔtviB-vexE mutant were immobilized by laser tweezers and brought in close proximity to a pipette-held murine neutrophil in the presence of murine serum. At the conclusion of the experiment the neutrophil is released from the pipette by relieving the suction.
