| Description |
English: The Town Hall, Carrickfergus.
Carrickfergus has a history dating back to the Norman conquest of Ireland. It developed further from the 17th century until its administrative etc functions transferred to Belfast. Much of the town centre is in dire need of attention but there are some buildings of interest. This is the Town Hall built in 1779 as a courthouse. |
