Description
English: T cells (green, white tracks) and motile DCs (yellow, blue tracks) in the control lymph node (left), day 1 lymph node (center), day 3 lymph node (right). Arrows in day 1 Video (center) point to a rare T cell in the lymph node at this time. Tracks represent 6 min of preceding T cell movement, Video duration  = 15∶49 (min:sec), and large tick marks  = 20 μm.
