English: Fluorescence timelapse serie of lifeact-GFP transfected N1E-115 growth cones on the plain and line substrates. Note the highly processive neurite outgrowth behavior on the line pattern, as well as the F-actin rich filopodia at the growth cone. Time is in minutes:seconds. Bar: 10 µm.
