Description
English: Airman Matthew DeAngelo, aviation electrician's mate, assigned to USS Constitution, answers questions from children at Plympton Elementary School to celebrate the Dr. Seuss Read Across America Day. Twenty sailors participated in the event, reading to more than 350 students.
