Description
English: The U.S. Navy internal combustion engine repair ship USS Tutulia (ARG-4) at anchor next to a barracks ship in the Gulf of Thailand off the coast of Vietnam. The two repair craft service U.S. Navy Fast Coastal Patrol Craft (PSFs) of Coastal Division 11 were stationed at An Thoi on Phu Quoc Island, November 1967.
