Description
English: Pearl Harbor, HI (Jul. 2, 2002) -- The official party connects a ceremonial plug officially opening the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) Oahu Network Operations Center that will ultimately link more than 400,000 desktop computers across the United States, Puerto Rico, Iceland and Oahu. The NMCI Network Operations Center is located on Ford Island and will employ 200 personnel in a variety of information technology jobs.
