English: San Diego, Calif. (Nov. 2, 2002) -- The guided missile frigate USS Thach (FFG 43) passes by the San Diego skyline, with her crew "manning the rail," as she departs on a regularly scheduled six-month deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
