Description
English: Pacific Ocean (Aug. 14, 2003) -- Final preparations are made to launch an F/A-18F “Super Hornet” assigned to the "Diamondbacks" of Strike Fighter Squadron One Zero Two (VFA-102) from the flight deck of USS John C. Stennis (CVN-74). The Diamondbacks are at sea with Stennis, conducting training exercises in the Southern California operating area. U.S. Navy photo by Photographer's Mate Airman Andre Rhoden.
