English: Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (Jan. 8, 2006) - Led by Joint Task Force Guantanamo Commanding General Maj. Gen. Jay Hood, Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV), Dr. Donald C. Winter, inspects the heavily overgrown remains of Camp X-ray. This is the original site used to temporarily house enemy combatants being held at Guantanamo.
