Description
English: WHIDBEY ISLAND, Wash. (July 18, 2007) - Navy Diver 1st Class Paul Mehring, of Portland, Ore., describes how aviation personnel use the reduced-oxygen breathing device in relation to a flight simulator to a group of educators from Texas in the Aviation Survival Training Center on board Naval Air Station, Whidbey Island (NASWI). The teachers, principals, coaches, and counselors visited NASWI for an educator orientation visit with Naval Recruiting District San Antonio to see the opportunities available to young people through the Navy.
