English: STRAIT of GIBRALTAR (Jan. 31, 2011) The guided-missile cruiser USS Leyte Gulf (CG 55) transits the Strait of Gibraltar. Leyte Gulf is deployed as part of the Enterprise Carrier Strike Group supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th and 6th Fleet areas of responsibility.
