English: POHNPEI, Federated States of Micronesia (July 7, 2011) Capt. S. Robert Roth, left, commanding officer of the amphibious transport dock ship USS Cleveland (LPD 7), welcomes aboard Army Reserve Maj. Gen. Lie-Ping Chang during Pacific Partnership 2011. Ping, commanding general with the 807th Medical Command, spoke to Soldiers serving aboard Cleveland and toured the ship. Pacific Partnership is a five-month humanitarian assistance initiative that will make port visits to Tonga, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea, Timor Leste, and the Federated States of Micronesia.
