Description
English: ATLANTIC OCEAN (Oct. 12, 2011) Boatswain's Mate Seaman Recruit Rufus Pickens and Seaman Myles Stratton release the wildcat brake, allowing the starboard anchor chain pay out from amphibious transport dock ship USS Ponce (LPD 15) as the ship anchors off North Carolina to conduct amphibious training operations with the 2nd Marine Division from Camp Lejeune, N.C. Ponce is on the first leg of it's final round of training operations and port of calls prior to be decommissioning in 2012.
