Description

So, a friend of the family gave us this instrument to sell for them online. The only problem is: I have no idea what it could be. Anyone know what this is? It has 15 strings along the main body and 13 strings running from the top to the side.
If anyone knows, please let me know.

That instrument is a Marx-o-chime, a variation of the Marxolin, made in New Troy, Michigan, a few years back. As neat as they are, they aren't worth a great deal, I'm afraid.
