| Description |
English: Shkumbin River in the West of the city of Elbasan, Albania, with ruins of the ancient Roman bridge of Topçias. Some pillars on both sides of the branch of the river in the front, and some pillars of the part of the bridge that was added later in the background (to the right). Sites of gravel mining and power poles along the river.
Deutsch: Der Fluss Shkumbin westlich von Elbasan, Albanien, mit Überresten der alten römischen Brücke von Topçias – Pfeiler auf beiden Seiten des Flussarms im Vordergrund und weitere Pfeiler des später hinzugefügten Brückenteils im Hintergrund rechts. Zudem Stellen, an denen Kies abgebaut wurde im Flussbett und Strommasten entlang des Flussufers.
