Description
Čeština: Bronzová plastika, prameník v Praze-Kobylisích na sídlišti Ďáblice, v ohybu Famfulíkovy ulice, 1968, 1978. Autor: Vladimír Kýn (1923–2004) akademický sochař, výtvarník a ilustrátor. [1] Původně měla být kolem roku 1968 umístěna na nově vznikajícím sídlišti na Proseku, ale z ideologických důvodů k tomu na poslední chvíli nedošlo. Od té doby zůstala ležet 10 let na tamním sídlišti ve křoví, kde ji objevil Ing. arch. V. Tuček a nechal ji převézt o kousek dál na sídliště Ďáblice. Jeho obyvatelé ji po dohodě s autorem svépomocí instalovali na současné místo. Fontánu tvoří bronzový kalich s vnitřní strukturou, která byla napojena přímo na přívod vody. Nebyla tedy poháněna čerpadlem, pouze průtoková. Voda přitékala jednou „nohou“, část tryskala z plastiky, a druhou odtékala opět do potrubí, která napájelo nedaleké jezírko s pelikány. Původně stála na malém ostrůvku uprostřed rezervoáru, který je dnes zabetonovaný. Ani do samotné fontány voda neproudí a kalich je zanesen odpadky. Kolem roku 2007 byla plastika postupně rozkradena, torzo (pouhý podstavec) pak bylo odborem životního prostředí městské části odstraněno.
