Title
VIEW FROM WEST END OF CEDAR MILL CREEK TRESTLE, FACING SOUTHEAST - Oregon Electric Railway Westside Corridor, Between Watson and 185th Avenues, Beaverton, Washington County, OR.
This view is looking east from near SW Merlo Road, from a few yards east of what is now the site of the (1998-opened) Merlo Road/SW 158th Avenue MAX light rail station. In 1994–96, the tracks at left and in the center background were replaced by new MAX tracks, not connected to the former freight tracks (and using a new bridge, not this trestle), while the track in the center foreground and righthand background remained in place for use by the Portland & Western Railroad until the 2000s, ending approximately where the photographer was standing in this c. 1993 photo.
Depicted place Oregon; Washington County; Beaverton
