Summary[edit]

Description
English: The 150 year old former leather building was set on fire by arsonist on the 30 May 2012. This photo was taken on 1 June days after the fire. The factory had been disused for a number of years. A series of fire in Walsall targeted old factory buildings some had to be demolished. This building which is next to the art gallery and a number of apartment built still stands and up for sale. Walsall this has the remains of it's history. Thankfully this building was not lost and hopefully one day it will be used again.
