Page says: This high-risk image, which is widely used on Wikimedia projects

But this image shall be used on no Wikimedia project as it use violate the Czech law (law number 154/2001 "about use of state symbols").

Such symbol can be used as "this is the state symbol of Czech Republic" but can't be used as icon or decorative symbol meaning "this text/page/server has relation to Czech republic". You can use Czech flag freely instead.

I guess you mean 352/2001 Sb. “o státních symbolech České republiky”, which is mentioned on the page, not 154/2001 “vyhláška Energetického regulačního úřadu, kterou se stanoví podrobnosti udělování licencí pro podnikání v energetických odvětvích”… --Mormegil (talk) 16:53, 3 July 2009 (UTC)
