While Commons administrators can be expected to behave in certain ways, we can't answer to all actions of all Commoons users :-)

I need also point out that user:-xfi- has misunderstood the essense of "copyright". It is granted to creative creations. Making an svg version of someone else's png file does not grant you the copyright of it.

Oh, I am sorry for problems, but I created only new version with other colors and with arrows going from one place (not from center). The earlier version and copyright were written by User:Rei-artur (he wrote it). I am author of source code, if you mean that my code is inferior, so revert it please. ---xfi- 11:49, 25 February 2006 (UTC)

I can't look at svg images on my computer so I can't compare. Usually, if you have been inspired by another work, you give him attribution, including the original author.
