The title should be changed to "Emblem of Vatican City State.svg". The position of the keys, with the silver one in the position of honour, indicates that it is the form chosen in 1929 for the new state. See en:Papal coat of arms for illustrations showing the position of the keys when what is represented is the papacy, not the state. Lima-commons 09:34, 1 January 2008 (UTC)
