Well, it could have been run through a tracer or too, but usually, drawing seals on flags, or irregular shapes, is the hardest to do. Zscout370 03:15, 25 December 2005 (UTC)

It isn't traced. It's an actual PNG image embedded in an SVG wrapper. User:dbenbenn 18:29, 8 January 2006 (UTC)
